How much does it cost?

• The cost is no more than £80 plus VAT per hour per person. An average session is one and a half hours (i.e. £282 or £141 each inc. VAT).
  Fees are payable at the end of each session, and may be made by either party or shared.

• Financial summaries and proposals are separately charged on the basis of the time actually spent at the same rate.

• The joint cost of Mediation can be considerably less than other forms of resolution even where 5 or 6 sessions are involved.

• Mediation can be FREE if you are eligible for Public Funding (Legal Aid).
