What does the Mediator do?

• The Mediator will send to the couple an information form and a Mediation Agreement.

• The Mediator will arrange a mutual appointment at which all questions concerning the Mediation process and the Agreement to Mediate are discussed and resolved.

• Allows the couple to identify the issues they wish to discuss at all times.

• The Mediator is available for further sessions. Most Mediations can successfully conclude within 5 to 6 sessions.
